Throughout the UK more than 280 Photo-Me service engineers are providing professional, technical support for site owners and their machines. Their expertise and quick response ensure that customers receive a first class service from Photo-Me.

Integrated UK Service
Photo-Me service engineers are based throughout the UK and ensure all Photo-Me equipment is working efficiently and producing high quality products. Ten Regional Managers control the UK service, with an integrated system of personnel at varying levels of technical excellence. This guarantees that the entire country receives a first class service regardless of where the equipment is located.

Training

All our engineers and service support team receive training at least twice a year to ensure they have the very latest knowledge and technical expertise possible. This takes place at our dedicated training centre at our headquarters in Surrey.
 
Service to Site Owners
All of our site owners are visited on a regular basis to ensure that their Photo-Me equipment
is in perfect working order clean and pleasant for customer use. We also ensure that machines are fully replenished with film andconsumables and stress the importance of preventative maintenance.
Security and Safety
All products are fitted with anti-vandal coin mechanisms and secure locks. This protects the photobooth and ensures each product can maximise productivity,
by minimising downtime.

Communication

Photo-Me offers site owners a fast call out response due to our advanced call centre technology. Our 24 hour Call Centre is the hub of the service communications network.
