Photo-Me Contact Centre offers direct support to customers and end-users, and also provides a first-line technical response to equipment operators, achieving a 50%+ call-fix rate without the need for an engineer to visit, thus significantly reducing downtime for the Client. Our in-house repair and refurbishment workshops give the service team real depth of capability and can turn around emergency back-to-base repairs within 24-hours. In turn, our UK capability is backed up by an international network of vertically integrated engineering, manufacturing and R&D facilities.
The service teams are further supported by in-house and fully-integrated services including; Logistics, IT, Marketing, Training and Project Management, with the additional flexibility of access to extensive sub-contracted services should the specific need arise.
