The first Photobook Makers to arrive in Japan have been installed in two Bic Camera stores in Tokyo. Bic camera is the leading electronic store chain in Japan. Five machines have been installed in the Yurakucho branch and two in the Shinjuku branch, both in Tokyo. On the opening weekend 130 photobooks were sold. Bic Camera is planning to install a large number of Photobook Makers in the coming months following this successful start.
